Is Medico available on my phone?
The iPhone beta is available by invitation through Apple TestFlight. Android is currently a waitlist. Request a Beta Invite and select your phone.
How much does the beta cost?
The beta is free, with access to every feature and no subscription required during the beta.
Who can see my health information?
You choose which caregivers have access and what they can view or edit. Medico does not sell your data. Server traffic is encrypted, and files, recordings, and backups are encrypted at rest. The on-device copy relies on your phone’s security. Read the Privacy Policy for details about storage and AI processing.
Does Medico work offline?
The app keeps a local copy of your information for offline access. Syncing, AI processing, and receiving remote updates need an internet connection.
Can AI change my treatment or replace my doctor?
No. Medico helps organize and explain your information. Review AI summaries for accuracy and speak with your clinician before changing medication or treatment. Care plan templates provide structure for check-ins and tracking; follow your care team’s individual instructions.
