How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your registered email address. You will receive a verification code to reset your password.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You can also email [email protected] to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Medico encrypts your data both on your device and in the cloud. We follow HIPAA-aligned security practices and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use Medico for a family member?

Yes. You can be added as a caregiver to manage a family member's health profile. The patient controls what data you can access through granular permissions. You can also manage multiple dependent profiles from a single account.

Are drug interaction alerts reliable?

Our interaction alerts are based on established pharmaceutical databases (RxNorm, FDA). While comprehensive, no database covers all possible interactions. Always confirm with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Medico stores your medication schedules, health records, and care plans locally on your device. You can view and log medications offline. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
